Freedom Driving School cannot be held responsible for mechanical failure either prior to or during any driving lesson or driving test. Freedom will endeavour to provide continuous driving tuition but cannot guarantee a similar vehicle or the same instructor. If you decline the replacement vehicle or instructor then Freedom will not be responsible for any loses, financial or otherwise, incurred by you.
